Springtime cleaning is much more than simply clearing out the clutter in your home. This time of re-invigoration and renewal is also a perfect opportunity to simplify and reset. Clearing out the excess in your schedule helps reduce mental stress, and employing practices to reduce accumulated emotional crud allows the heart to soften.
